About the book:
You’ve worked endlessly on building your list, sending emails, and even setting up some automations for subscribers to go through. Throughout my life, I’ve been looking for a seat at the table to be able to get into the conversation. With library books in hand, I built my first website using a laptop bought with babysitting money and books about HTML and CSS, to finally owning my gifts through email marketing 10 years later. Email marketing gave me the opportunity to lead with what I wanted to share. It gave me the ability to find my own voice and ultimately to create my own table. I’m no longer looking to try to find a seat at someone else’s table and I now have others come wanting to sit at my table and hear what I have to say. Owning your own table looks like you owning your power as the expert in your industry by using email marketing. About the author:
As a podcaster and keynote speaker, Ashley DeLuca is widely regarded as the go-to source for all things email marketing. Over the past 5 years, she has mastered email marketing for e-Commerce and service based businesses by simply putting the conversation and intention back into it. Ashley went to college and got into corporate America in the tech world. But being told when she could pee or have a day off was not for her. Exhausted, frustrated, and thoroughly annoyed, she was more than just a little pregnant when she had her own final straw moment. Ashley stripped her entire desk to the bones when she put in her two week notice. At 23, she knew she wanted to be home with her little dude. (Y’know without the stress of dealing with crazy businesses calling in about their internet bill!) So she dove into full-time entrepreneurship doing web design. As she was creating websites, she was asked to add in email marketing forms. “Let me tell you, she says, I was super confused why so many people were sending out Target-like ads. I got curious about this whole email marketing thing and I got hooked.” She has been featured on Thrive Global, Funnel Magazine, GoDaddy, Mind of George and worked with many others 6-8 figure businesses ranging from business coaching to health and wellness physical products. Behind that, Ashley will be the first to admit that she’s obsessed with avocados, sea turtles, and email marketing. (And won’t ever pass up a good cup of coffee!)
